Road to Recovery

I accidentally had a code path on gistblog that would allow for valid posts to be deleted.

Oops.

I will be trying to restore those posts (they still exists as gists, but the intermediate representations in the database were deleted), but in the meantime I have pushed some new code to prevent such aggressive deletion.

Please stand by...

Update: All previous posts should now be restored. I am leaving post deletion as a manual step for now until a better policy is put in place.
